An integrated study of french economy in two sectors, by Daniel Cohen, Marc Rocca.
This article presents the main econometric equations of an integrated model of the french economy. Financial variables play an important role through several channels. The liabilities of the firm which are divided into two sectors one of which is open to international competition, the other protected, are crucial in their investment stocking, and price fixing decisions.
Households saving depends not only on the classical effect of income but also on their financial wealth.
