Résumé anglais Management of the change, ICT and organizational competitiveness : the case of the company MBA-France Stiffer competition nowadays and the need to invent appropriate solutions continuously, repeatedly posed a question of the management of organizational change. The use of ICT seems to contribute to improve the organizational competitiveness of firms. It is very difficult to be able to quantify precisely the return on investment of ICT, considering the interactive effects of these technologies and the inability to separate the contribution of ICT from that of the global organization of the company. To clarify this issue, this article tries, as a first step of analysis, to present the theoretical foundations of relations linking « organizational change, ICT and microeconomic competitiveness ». Then, taking the case of the company MBA-France, it strives to assess the real impact of ICT on organizational competitiveness.
