Résumé. - Ce travail propose d'analyser comment un élément du patrimoine historique et culturel participe au processus de développement du territoire et dans quelle mesure sa présence influence l'évolution des projets proposés par les administrations et les organismes locaux. La recherche s'est déroulée dans le contexte d'un site historique et géographique soumis depuis de nombreuses années à différents projets de rénovation et de réhabilitation. Il s'agit de la chartreuse du Mont Sainte-Marie de Gosnay (Pas-de-Calais), qui constitue un exemple de patrimoine intégré dans le territoire car les acteurs de sa réhabilitation cherchent à ce que les bâtiments qui la composent jouent un rôle de lien entre un territoire communal désarticulé et les habitants pour lesquels l'ensemble patrimonial constitue moins un bien culturel qu'un lieu à usage à de résidence. Abstract - . This work proposes to analyze the different aspects with which an element of the historic and cultural heritage enters in the process of attachment at the territory, while also influencing the evolution of development projects proposed by administrations and local organisms.
We explain the theoretical foundations and concepts of the research basis underlining the communicative aspect that connect the heritage with the territory and this one to his inhabitants. The research is a historic and geographical contextualisation of the studied site and the different projects of renovation and rehabilitation of which it was object during years. The charterhouse of the Mont Sainte-Marie of Gosnay constitutes a built-in heritage example indeed in the territory but for which the adherence to the set of the cultural possessions emerge less than her destination of use to place of residence.
