Beyond the managerial categories (e.g. “efficiency” or “productivity”), life at work is structured by a moral framework, defining the good and the bad, the right and the wrong in matters of activity. At the center of this framework, the notion of misconduct – the efforts and struggles to define it, its social and organizational uses – allows us to take a renewed look at work.
