| Résumé |
L'objet de cette étude est la recherche d'une méthode d'analyse des coûts des traitements dans les Centres Médico-Psycho-Pédagogiques, établissements à structure légère de la psychiatrie infantile. L'évaluation du coût du traitement pour un échantillon de cas suivis nécessite :
― la définition des variables explicatives : diagnostics d'entrée du « malade » au CMPP, traitements entrepris (ce qui demande la description précise du processus de production de l'établissement) et issues du traitement ;
― le calcul du coût total de la production et du vecteur prix de revient des actes produits, ce qui conduit à appliquer et à adapter les principes de la comptabilité analytique. L'analyse des résultats obtenus soulève un certain nombre de problèmes et de questions tant techniques qu'économiques ,compte tenu de la très grande dispersion des coûts individuels par catégorie de diagnostic autour de la moyenne. La méthode qui été utilisée est exploitable pour une étude sur un échantillon établissements de ce type et permettrait obtenir ces renseignements très précieux quant à l'appréciation du coût global des traitements en cure ambulatoire. In medico-psycho-pedagogical centre
The aim of this study is the research of an analytic method of the costs of the treatments in the medico-psycho-pedagogical centres, light-sructured establishments of the infantile psychiatry. The evaluation of the cost of the treatment for a sample of attcnted cases needs :
― the definition of the explicative variables : diagnosis of entrance of the " patient " at the MPPC, treatments undertaken (which requites the precise description of the process of production of the establishment), and results of the treatment ;
― the calculation of the total cost of the production and of the Cost Price Vector of the acts produced witch induces to apply and to adapt the principles of the analytic book keeping.
The analysis of the results obtained taises a certain number of problems and questions both technical and economie, considering the very important dispersion of the individual costs by category of diagnosis around the average. The method that has been used is workable for a study about a sample of establishments of this type, and it would allow to obtain very precious informations about the appreciation of the total cost of the treatments in ambulatory cure.
