L'article étudie le rôle actuel des juges supérieurs d'Angleterre en matière de droit administratif. L'auteur esquisse l'évolution récente des recours pour excès de pouvoirs qui sont utilisés par certains requérants à des fins politiques. The article examines the current role of the English judiciary when dealing with administrative law questions. It notes recent developments which have increased the use of judicial review by litigants for political ends, developments which have coincided with the expansion of the remedy by the judiciary.
