Les premiers ISR sont
apparus aux États-Unis
dans les années 1960. En
France la loi sur les
Nouvelles régulations
économiques en prévoyant
d'élargir le système
d'informations à produire
par l'entreprise dans les
domaines social et
environnemental, et en
encourageant le
développement d'une
épargne salariale va dans
ce sens. L'ISR suppose une
vision de l'entreprise
élargie, tenant compte de
performances jusqu'à

The shareholder socially
responsible.
The first ISR appeared in the
United States during the sixties.
In France the law concerning the
New Economical Regulation,
while anticipating the
enlargement of the information
system which has to be produced
by the enterprise in the social and
environmental fields, and to
encourage the development of a
workers'saving fund, leads to the
same trend. The ISR is based on
the assumption of a widened
vision of the enterprise, taking
into account the performances,
which have been neglected up-to
