Maroc a mis en marche
d'importantes réformes
visant à favoriser son
développement économique
et son rapprochement de
l'Union européenne.
Actuellement, l'Espagne
est, après la France, le pays
européen avec le plus
d'intérêts commerciaux
dans ce pays du Maghreb.
Dans ce contexte, notre
contribution est d'analyser
les facteurs qui
déterminent le choix entre
la pleine propriété et la
propriété partagée des
investissements directs
des entreprises espagnoles

Ownership structure of foreign direct investment in Morocco.
At present, Morocco is one of the destinations which is acquiring greater
importance in the internationalisation of Spanish firms. In this context, and
combining the traditional theories about foreign direct investment with the
resource-based view of the firm, this paper is going to analyse the influence that
firm-specific factors exert on the ownership structure of its investments in
