L'objectif de cet article est
d'analyser la diversité des
structures manageriales des
alliances stratégiques
globales (ASG) dans le
secteur du transport aérien
afin d'apprécier leur impact
sur la performance. Dans un
premier temps, les auteurs
montrent, au regard de la
littérature, que si les ASG
aériennes sont appréciées
sous différentes facettes,
leur structure n'a pas encore
dévoilé tous ses secrets.
Partant de ce constat, ils
mettent en évidence
quelques attributs
structurels des ASG
susceptibles d'expliquer leur
performance. Dans un
second temps, ils cherchent
à vérifier le lien
structure/performance des
ASG au travers d'une étude
empirique, s'appuyant sur
l'analyse des réseaux

The airline sky without border. Structure of strategic alliances.
The objective of this paper is the analysis of the managerial structure diversity
of global strategic alliances (GSA) in the airline transport field, in order to value
their impact on performance. At first, the author show, from the literature
viewpoint, that if the airline GSA are appreciated under various facets, their
structure has not yet revealed all its secrets. Hence, they put in evidence some
of the GSAstructural attributes likely to explain their performance. In a second
time, they try to verify the structure/performance link of the GSA through an
