du forum intranet est à
l'inverse lié à la difficulté
de laisser se développer
une communauté dans un

On the adoption of ICT tools in hierarchical organizational contexts.
The case of Intranet Forums.
This contribution aims at highlighting the main obstacles that hamper the
development of the Intranet forums, in particular when comparing with the
relative success of the Internet forums. Our view is that the success of the
Internet forums is related to the fact that members of the virtual community of
users can exchange without any hierarchical constraint. The difficulty
encountered by the Intranet forums is associated with the unavoidable
hierarchical presence within a given organisation that prevents the community
