LA SOCIALISATION POLITIQUE DES MILITANTS COMMUNISTES, par JACQUES DERVILLE ET MAURICE CROISAT
Un parti politique exerce une fonction de socialisation auprès de ses militants. Pour le Parti communiste cette fonction a une importance décisive puisqu'il doit assurer une pédagogie du marxisme-léninisme, veiller à la prééminence de sa ligne politique, tout en maintenant l'unité idéologique de la communauté communiste, afin d'éviter l'apparition d'une coupure entre intellectuels et militants de base, voire le développement de tendances et de fractions. L'enquête entreprise auprès des militants appartenant à trois cellules de la région grenobloise apporte quelques éléments de réflexion en cette matière, en particulier sur l'importance des facteurs de socialisation communiste antérieure à l'adhésion (famille, milieu du travail, organisation syndicale), sur le rôle des réunions de cellule et la manière dont les militants ont intériorisé la ligne politique du XXIIe congrès.
