Madeleine Guilbert : Recruitement of labour in certain industries in the Paris area.
Under a regulation issued in 1945 the government has, in theory, an almost complete monopoly in the recruitement of labour. But in fact recruitement is carried out almost exclusively by unofficial means, and above all by advertisements in the press and through staff already working in a company.
