Dominique Lahalle : Workers, militants, and trade-unions problems.
A comparison between the attitudes of three groups of trade-union militants (C.G.T., C.F.T.C., C.G.T.-F.O.) and that of others workers, for the most part not belonging to a union, was made during a survey on automation and productivity in the textile industry at Lille and Roubaix-Tourcoing. This comparative study shows how far two groups are apart and demonstrates that this distance and the resulting difficulties spring from the situation created by the worker's acquisition of new privileges.
