Madeleine Guilbert, Nicole Lowit, Joseph Creusen : Time-budget and the study of daily-life time schedules.
Using materials of a time-budget inquiry which has given rise to two articles published in this Review, the authors expose the method which allowed them to draw facts, this time not concerning the duration of the occupations but their time schedules. The notion of an occupation of leading importance at a given time, in a given group, offers them the possibility of comparing the passing of daily-life time schedules, on Wednesdays and Sundays, according to the sex and socio-professional categories of persons on which the inquiry was carried out.
