Nous étudions ici la mise en accusation de l'émission Loft Story, sa constitution en objet méprisable et scandaleux. Prenant pour terrain d'étude les articles parus dans la presse quotidienne nationale, nous relevons chronologiquement l'apparition des différents thèmes et champs d'interprétation qui structurent la dénonciation. Leurs auteurs effectuent une prodigieuse montée en généralité et prennent la défense de valeurs ultimes et principes communs. Affirmant s'exprimer au nom de l'ensemble du corps social, ils condamnent, à travers Loft Story, les dérives d'une société qui court à sa perte et devient barbare et inhumaine. Le discours de dénonciation déborde des pages des quotidiens et investit la cité, sous une forme complexe, ludique et ironique. In this article the author studies the criticism levelled at the programme Loft Story, accused of being both contemptible and scandalous. He examines articles in the national dailies and identifies chronologically the appearance of the various themes and fields of interpretation that structured the denunciation. The authors of the accusations, liberally translating specific issues into general ones, made themselves the advocates of ultimate values and common principles. Claiming to write on behalf of society as a whole, they used Loft Story to condemn the excesses of an increasingly barbaric and inhuman society on the road to ruin. The denunciation discourse flowed over the pages of the dailies into society, in a complex, playful and ironic form.
