Au cours de ses 24 ans d'existence, le Hezbollah libanais a développé un des dispositifs médiatiques les plus complexes de la sphère islamiste arabe. En revenant sur l'évolution cognitive et sociologique des quatre médias qui lui sont officiellement affiliés, cet article se propose de restituer l'histoire sociale de ce parti. Il s'agit non seulement d'appréhender les mutations de son répertoire de mobilisation et de son inscription territoriale, mais également de saisir les tensions qui le traversent, inhérentes à sa nature duale d'organisation à la fois confessionnelle et transnationale. The Social History of Hezbollah through its Media. System of Representation and Territorial Inscription
During its 24 years of existence, the Lebanese Hezbollah has developed one of the most complex media machines in the Arab Islamic world. Examining the cognitive and sociological evolution of the four mass media officially affiliated to the movement, this article aims to reconstruct the social history of the party, focusing on the development of its action directories and its territorial inscription but also on the tensions inherent in its dual nature as both a confessional and transnational organisation.
