Résumé anglais Entreprise social networks have emerged in recent months as an important collaborative working tool, based on conversation and connection. We can add and combine other functions such as sharing, classifying, research, publishing, coproduction and project management to these two fundamental principles. Less rigid and less restrictive than other tools, recreating an oral environment for communicating, an enterprise social network makes it easy to share information, to express personal opinion, allowing free dialogue between experts and non-specialists; each participant is free to affirm his digital identity in a constructive mediation between the institution, its employees and its clients. Progress of this nature is certainly not without consequences on the working methods and the very functions of information professionals who in this environment, may not recognize the need to channel and evaluate information or to create the best conditions for sharing and utilizing it.
