Codification : a Factor in Economic Growth.
Codification represents an important tool for ameliorating the economic environment and establishing conditions which permit rapid growth. Indeed, on the one hand it allows governments to have better control over the increase in legislative texts and the proliferation of legal norms and, on the other hand, in improving transparency, it facilitates the promotion of competition and international commercial transactions.
