	Résumé	La LOLF et la RGPP constituent a priori deux chantiers complémentaires de la réforme de l'État. L'article établit trois points de contact et parfois de friction qu'il faudra éclaircir aﬁn d'assurer une meilleure coordination des deux pratiques et in fine la pérennité de la RGPP. Le premier concerne le pilotage de la réforme de l'État portée par le pouvoir exécutif dans le cadre de la RGPP et auquel le Parlement souhaite être plus intégré. Le deuxième porte sur la place de la performance, très présente dans la construction de la LOLF, mais à laquelle certains dispositifs RGPP peuvent paraître étrangers. 	Résumé anglais	Consonance and Dissonance between the RGPP and the LOLF. In principle, the LOLF Finance Act and the RGPP Programme Review constitute complementary areas of State reform. This article identifies three areas where they interact and sometimes even conflict with one another, which merit further elucidation in order to ensure better coordination of the two instruments and ultimately the long-term success of the RGPP. The first concerns the management of State reform by the Government in the framework of the RGPP, in which Parliament would like to be more involved. The second focuses on the role of performance, which has an important place in the implementation of the LOLF, but which some RGPP initiatives seem to ignore.
