| Résumé |
La théorie de l'acteur-réseau peut-elle apporter un éclairage
nouveau sur les dynamiques de connaissances dans
l'organisation par rapport aux approches technique et sociale
du management des connaissances? Appliquée à l'étude de
cinq projets d'innovation cette théorie permet à l'auteur
d'explorer les relations de proximité tissées entre humains et
non-humains au cours de différentes situations de travail. La
construction de connaissances apparaît alors comme un
bricolage socio-matériel, structuré autour de pratiques

Proximity between human and non human in knowledge construction process. Is Actor-Network Theory useful to renew our understanding of knowledge dynamics in the organisations ? Applying this theory to the study of five project teams, we analyze the relationships between human and non-human actors in different work situations.
