Issues and technologies – from data to meaning
The semantic web is not just a slogan. It's a somewhat utopian project to delegate a part of interpreting Web ressources to a machine. But when we speak of interpretation, we speak about meaning and the meaning we give to these resources, based on which they can be exploited, transformed and transferred.
