| Résumé | La thèse de l'adaptation, dominante au sein des milieux académiques et stratégiques, explique la transformation des organisations militaires uniquement à partir des bouleversements de l'environnement international depuis la fin de la guerre froide, entretenant une vision déterministe, fonctionnaliste et désincarnée du changement. Grâce à l'observation de la genèse des activités civilo-militaires en France entre 1992 et 2005, nous soulevons une piste alternative en accordant une attention particulière à l'évolution des interactions sociales entre officiers. C'est avant tout l'érosion des systèmes de tabous hérités de la guerre d'Algérie qui contribue à la mutation récente des acteurs et des organisations militaires. | |

The érosion of the algérien tabous The thesis of adaptation, dominant in academic and strategic circles, explains the transformation of military organizations only from the changes of the international environment since the end of the Cold War, maintaining a deterministic, functionalist and disembodied vision of change. Through the observation of the genesis of the civilmilitary activities in France between 1992 and 2005, we raise an alternative track paying particular attention to the evolution of social interactions between officers. It is primarily the erosion of the taboos systems inherited from the war in Algeria, which contributes to the current transformation of the military actors and organizations. |
