Since 1945, the economic concentration affects the commercial companies and mutual insurances on the place of Lyon. Some following examples demonstrate obviously what are the main restructuration' s factors i. e.the nationalization of worker's risks and the reinsurance trade. The computer gestion of policies also changes the administrative and commercial organization of the companies. This recent changes implicate the traditionnal sale organization, . especially the functions of brokers and agents who are overpassed by direct relations between companies and customers.
