Externalities and Wage Agreements,
by Hubert Kempf.
Much work has recently been done on examining wage agreements from the purely macroeconomic standpoint. The purpose of this paper is to give a survey of this approach. It emphasizes its underlying problematics: wage agreements are the results of a lack of coordination bringing about externalities.
