The new economics of organizations lighted by the invisible hand.
A new economic literature develops downhill from the Arrow-Debreu model of complete competitive and contingent markets which studies the organization, neither the market. However this new economics with its two branches — the economics of incomplete markets and the economics of institutions — maintains an ambiguous connection with the market. The aim of this paper is to show the Wealth of Nations contains (in its Book one) a clear distinction between the market ant the organization.
