	Résumé	À l'heure où les projets urbains sont de plus en plus négociés entre différents types d'acteurs (acteurs politiques, techniques, économiques et habitants), une question se pose : qu'est-ce qui fait l'objet d'interactions et de négociations entre ces acteurs d'un projet urbain ? S'appuyant sur les théories de la négociation, les sociologies des représentations et des acteurs et sur l'observation de deux projets urbains, l'auteure montre que ce qui se négocie entre acteurs ce sont des représentations sociales. Ces acteurs, liés par des problèmes d'urbanisme et qui n'ont pas toujours les mêmes représentations de la démarche et du contenu de projet urbain, sont amenés à interagir et à se mettre d'accord sur des représentations pour faire avancer le projet. 	Résumé anglais	At the time when the urban projects are being more and more negotiated between various types of actors, such as political, technical or economic actors and inhabitants, a question arises : what is the object of these interactions and negotiations between the different actors involved in the urban project ? Based on the theories of the negotiation, the sociologies of the representations and the actors, and the observations of two witnessed urban projects, the author shows that what is negotiate between actors are the social representations. The actors, who are bound by problems of town planning and do not always have the same representations of the process and the contents of an urban project, are brought to interact and to find an agreement over representations in order to insure the progress of the project.
