Cet article expose les résultats préliminaires d'une recherche qui vise à comprendre la dynamique d'appropriation du changement en agriculture à partir du discours des principaux Intéressés : les agriculteurs et agricultrices. Après avoir exposé de manière critique les perspectives d'analyse du changement social dans l'espace agricole, l'auteur présente les représentations sociales de 48 agriculteurs/-agricultrices regroupées au sein de 16 fermes laitières situées en périphérie de Québec. partant d'un phénomène qui les a particulièrement touchés soit la transformation organisationnelle de leur ferme. This paper presents the preliminary results of a research project which attempts to comprehend the dynamics of the integration of change in agriculture. based on the analysis of the discourse of the main people interested : the farm's operators. After a critical review of the analysis of social change in the field of agriculture, the author analyzes the social representations of 48 farm's operators from 16 dairy farms located in the Quebec area, in reaction to the phenomenon of the transformation of their farm organization, which has affected each one of them significantly.
