L'expérience d'une thèse CIFRE en sciences de l'information et de la communication permet à cet article de porter un regard analytique sur la méthodologie employée dans le cadre d'une recherche- action. Evoluant sur différents espaces d'action et d'observation, il questionne l'attitude que doit adopter le chercheur pour pouvoir articuler de manière cohérente son travail de recherche et construire de nouvelles connaissances au regard des pratiques professionnelles dans lesquelles il s'intègre. The experience of a CIFRE PhD student in communication sciences gives this article the opportunity to have an analytical look at the methodology used in the context of a “research action”. Walking simultaneously along action and observation directions, it questions the attitude to be adopted by the doctoral researcher to coherently articulate his or her research and construct new knowledge with regard to the practices in which he or she fits.
