Cet article présente le modèle de traitement de l'équipe du Service clinique pour les familles adoptives “Accademia della famiglia onlus” de Rome. En particulier, les auteurs affirment l'importance du récit de l'histoire d'origine de l'enfant adopté en tant que pivot de l'organisation du parcours thérapeutique et facteur prédisant la réussite. Les années d'expérience dans ce champ ont permis aux auteurs la mise au point d'un parcours spécifique avec les familles adoptives suivant une thérapie. Le travail d'équipe se focalise sur la phase post-adoptive avec l'objectif d'offrir aux parents et aux enfants la possibilité de construire une histoire commune en partant d'origines différentes. The fantasy of Ola: the narration of the history of origin of the adopted childThis article presents the pattern of treatment of the team of the Clinical Service for Adopting Families “Accademia della famiglia onlus” in Rome. Specifically, the authors focus on the adopted child narration of the history of the origins as the pivotal element of the therapeutic process organization and as a success predictive factor. The years of experience in the field enable the authors to finalize a specific therapeutic process for the families who need a treatment. The team's work concentrates on the post-adoption phase with the aim of offering to parents and children the opportunity of building a common history starting from different backgrounds. The working pattern and the clinical tools used and presented here are then briefly explained with the help of some illustrations concerning a clinical recent case.
