La méthode d'investigation géographique pratiquée à l'aide de l'outil de la formation socio-spatiale permet de dégager la composante territoriale d'un espace de taille micro-régionale situé en Bordelais : l'Entre-Deux-Mers. Les instances géographique, économique, et politique du modèle ne parviennent pas seules à définir cet espace en tant que territoire collectivement représenté et vécu. En revanche, le recours à l'instance idéologique et l'étude des rapports dialectiques qui se nouent entre infrastructure et superstructure socio-spatiales, dans un contexte de renaissance culturelle et associative, de forte valorisation de la production agricole (vins réputés) et de périurbanisation, dévoilent les ressorts profonds d'un territoire fragile et multiforme dont la dimension idéelle l'emporte sur la consistance matérielle. To evaluate the territoriality of a geographical space, the "socio-spatial formation", a tool for geographers. The geographical investigation method practiced with the tool of socio-spatial formation allows to single out the territorial component of a micro-regional space situated in the Bordeaux region : the « Entre-Deux-Mers ». The geographical, economical and political aspects of the model cannot alone define this space as a territory collectively represented and lived. Moreover, to resort to an ideological account and to the study of the dialectical relationship between socio-spatial infrastructures and superstructures in a context of a both cultural and associative rebirth, of a strong valorization of the agricultural production (renowned wines), and of periurbanization, casts light on the processes underlying a fragile, multiform territory, the abstract dimension of which prevails over its material consistency.
