| Résumé | Les auteurs vous invitent à partager le récit du déroulement d'un processus thérapeutique familial et individuel réalisé par trois thérapeutes dans une situation complexe de maltraitance intrafamiliale avec inceste, ayant provoqué de graves troubles psychotraumatiques et relationnels.Nous examinons ensuite de quelle manière articuler, dans une perspective intégrative, les aspects systémiques et psychotraumatiques, les différents temps familiaux et individuels ; comment également coordonner les divers axes thérapeutiques individuel, systémique et EMDR, et enfin, ce qu'une telle expérience amène à vivre en tant qu'équipe thérapeutique. | |

Systemic and psychotraumatology : an integrative experience dealing with complex pain The authors invite you to share with them the story of a complex therapeutic process, at both familial and individual levels involving three therapists. The story is one of sexual abuse inside a family, which generated outmost severe psychotraumatic and relational disorders.The paper presents how systemic and psychotraumatic dimensions interacted, how the pace and rythm of the family and their members differed in the course of the therapeutic process ; how the different therapeutic interventions were coordinated and what the therapeutic team experienced while accomplishing such a journey. |
