Les coopératives d'activité et d'emploi (CAE) constituent un outil juridique pertinent non seulement pour soutenir la création d'entreprise au sein d'un territoire mais également pour stimuler la qualité maîtresse d'un entrepreneur responsable, à savoir la prudence. Some cooperatives with a specific target of employment and industry creation (called “coopératives d'activité et d'emploi” in French)) constitute a legal tool to sustain territorial company creations and stimulate the main quality of a responsible entrepreneur : a caring approach.
