Notre questionnement s'articule sur la structuration des compétences des chercheurs des laboratoires. Cette structuration est confrontée à une perspective globale de flexibilisation interne des compétences. Il s'agit en particulier du processus de constitution des équipes. Nous partons en effet des travaux effectués sur le team management et son incidence sur les processus de rationalisation des compétences induites. La question en effet est de avoir comment les profils individuels sont traités pour structurer des équipes et favoriser le développement de certains projets. Nous proposons ici une contribution visant à éclaircir la logique de répartition des compétences dans les industries pharmaceutiques. Dans un premier temps, nous détaillons les contraintes du processus. Nous effectuons ensuite une étude cas spécifique sur une molécule précise. Dans ce papier, nous prenons. Our main investigation articulates on the structuralization of the skills of the researchers involving in pharmaceuticals laboratories. This structuralization is confronted with a global perspective of internal flexibility of the skills. We focuse on this paper in particular on the process of constitution of the teams. We indeed leave works made on the team management and its incidence on the processes of rationalization of the scientific skills and background of the researchers. The question indeed is to know how the individual profiles are handled by structure teams and facilitate the development of certain projects. We propose here a contribution to clear up the logic of distribution of the skills in the pharmaceutical industries. At first, we detail the constraints of the process. We make then a study on a precise molecule. In this paper, we take the example of Sanofi-Aventis.
