| Résumé |
Situés dans le cadre de la théorie des représentations sociales, on s'intéresse au concept de négociabilité intra-noyau afin de positionner celui-ci en regard des travaux relatifs à la hiérarchie du noyau central. On pose pour hypothèse que la confirmation d'un élément central prioritaire (ECP) compenserait la mise en cause (MEC) d'un élément central adjoint (ECA) et conduirait les participants à reconnaître l'objet de représentation. Inversement, on s'attendait à ce que la MEC d'un ECP ne soit pas compensée par la confirmation simultanée d'un ECA. Une étude expérimentale conforte cette hypothèse, permettant ainsi l'intégration théorique du concept de négociabilité intra-noyau et la formulation de perspectives de recherches concernant la dynamique des représentations sociales et de leur rôle en tant que grille de lecture de la réalité. In the framework of the social representations theory, we are interested in the concept of intra-core negotiability. One aims at specifying this concept with reference to the works concerning the central core hierarchy. We assumed that the confirmation of a principal central element (PCE) would invalidate the effects of the calling into question (CIQ) of an adjunctive central element (ACE), and would lead participants to recognize the object of representation. Inversely, we considered that the CIQ of a PCE would not be invalidated by the simultaneous confirmation of an ACE. An experimental study supports these hypotheses, allowing the theoretical integration of the intra-core negotiability concept, and the formulation of research perspectives concerning both the dynamics of social representations and of their role as reading grid of reality.
