Reprenant une interpellation célèbre, extraite d'une pièce de Molière, le directeur de la revue, introduit le numéro sur les hommes et l'investissement immatériel, financier ou intellectuel, composé de deux dossiers thématiques consacrés à la gestion de ressources humaines (GRH) : - L'impact de la Bourse sur les personnels - L'innovation et l'apprentissage des personnels, travail réalisé en partenariat avec l'ESCEM de Tours Poitiers commençant par un rappel que les conditions d'exercice de la justice, ses décisions, les corporatismes d'Ancien régime des magistrats, s'allient avec le retour de l'application de théories économiques déjà en vigueur dans les années 30 du XXe siècle et aux conséquences que l'on sait. Aussi, reprenant un éditorial publié en 1997, il en montre toute l'actualité qui peut se résumer par cette interrogation : « Est-on bien sûr que le mépris de l'Homme en économie : chômage, précarité, abaissement des salaires, hiérarchie méprisante... ne prenne pas racine, ou ne trouve sa justification dans la manière d'appliquer les lois ? » Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info) |

« I shall demand justice from the judiciary system ! » Citing a famous challenge, taken from a play by Molière, the director of the review introduces the issue on Man and investment in know-how, and financial or intellectual investment, comprising two dossiers dealing with human resources management (HRM) themes : - The impact of the Stock Exchange on personnel - Innovation and training of personnel, work carried out in partnership with the Tours Poitiers ESCEM (Business and Management College), being a reminder that the conditions under which the judiciary system operates, its decisions and the corporatism of the old regime of magistrates goes hand-in-hand with the return of the application of economic theories that were already in effect in the 1930s and whose consequences are already known. In addition, going back to an editorial published in 1997, he reflects all of its topicality which can be summed up by the following question : « Can we really be sure that Man's disdain for the economy, that is to say unemployment, lack of job security, reduction in salaries, contemptuous hierarchy... isn't taking root or finding its justification in the manner in which the law is applied ? » Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info) |
