Après avoir rappelé la configuration de l'emploi et les dynamiques de trajectoires des firmes flexibles, la contribution montre que le licenciement pour motif personnel (LMP) constitue désormais un dispositif de gestion des flux sortants de main-d'œuvre. Une situation que les représentants des salariés ne peuvent empêcher et qui préfigure en France la configuration d'emploi à venir. The Permanent employment contract in the storm of the flexible company Having called back the configuration of the employment and the dynamics of trajectories of the flexible firms, the contribution shows how, in France, the dismissal became a means of management of the workforce. This situation prefigures the configuration of employment to come, and the representatives of the employees cannot prevent this evolution.
