Résumé anglais The control of foreign bank's representations by the parent-bank Bank's foreign branches and subsidiaries are subjected to a prudential control carried out by both the home and host countries authorities. This control relates to financial indicators which must be monitored constantly to ensure the stability of the banking systems. The control committees of the two countries must, for preoccupation with an effectiveness, cooperate by exchanging the data they had on the parent-bank and the entity abroad. There exists also the control exerted directly or indirectly by the parent-bank, which can take two principal forms : control by the results often carried out through the development and the follow-up of the budget and control by socialization carried out by the expatriates.
