This work aims to reflect the alleyways in Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais, Brazil) contemporaneous in light of the idea of « passage » present in Walter Benjamin. This will be done, in view of the aesthetic experiences seized with a health service that has access to alleyways and its characters. For this approach, we also need to invest in some concepts - such as territory, space and landscape - as well as the relationship between a possible « contemporaneous flâneur » and the context of drug use scenes.
