Cet article propose d'analyser comment les administrations françaises impliquées en matière de coopération policière et judiciaire pénale ont modifié leurs organisations, savoirs, savoir-faire et croyances fondamentales en lien avec le processus d'intégration européenne. L'article met en évidence les adaptations organisationnelles ainsi que les nouveaux savoir-faire des administrations, qui ont renforcé la coordination nationale dans ce domaine. En revanche, passer de la coordination efficace à une posture d'influence européenne demeure un défi considérable pour l'État français dans un contexte de recompositions institutionnelles post-Lisbonne. – European Domestic Security and the Definition of the National Interest: revisiting the French model – This article analyses how the French administrations involved in police and criminal justice co-operation at the European scale have modified their organisations, knowledge, savoir-faire and fundamental beliefs during the last two decades of European integration. It reveals the organisational adaptations as well as the new savoir-faire that have reinforced the system of national co-ordination in this domain. However, in a post-Lisbon context of institutional recomposition, it also shows that the French state faces deeper challenges in moving from its efficient internal co-ordination towards influencing European positions and actions more strongly.
