	Résumé	La présence de l'Union européenne à l'OCDE permet d'étudier la coordination européenne en contexte multilatéral. À l'instar des États membres, l'Union européenne dispose d'une Représentation permanente auprès de l'OCDE ; les agents de la Commission européenne sont invités aux Comités et Réseaux formant l'ossature de l'OCDE. Fondée sur une analyse documentaire et sur une série d'entretiens avec les acteurs engagés dans la réforme de la politique de la réglementation (better regulation), notre analyse montre comment, dans certains domaines, la coordination institutionnelle peut céder le pas devant des jeux triangulaires d'acteurs nationaux et internationaux traçant les contours d'une diplomatie de l'« influence ». 	Résumé anglais	– Better Regulation between European coordination and triangular relationships: the European Union, the OECD and the Member States – The presence of the EU in the OECD allows the study of the European coordination in a multilateral context. Like the EU member countries, the EU has a permanent representation to the OECD; the officials of the European Commission are invited to attend the Committees and Networks which form the backbone of the OECD. Based on documentary analysis and on interviews with the actors engaged in the reform of the regulatory policy (better regulation), our study shows how in certain fields, the institutional coordination gives way to triangular games of national and international actors which delineate of a diplomacy of “influence”.
