Résumé |
The acceleration of the process of liberalization, conjugated to a decline of the
costs of transaction in particular transport, questions the existence of number
of subsidiaries of production. This movement of closure of subsidiaries
(Renault Vilvoorde, PSA Ryton), being able to, besides, be conjugated to a
movement of founding supranational national spaces, relieves the company in
factors of production. The "fat company " of "the Glorious Thirty", is
transformed into a "light company" in factors of production. This
metamorphosis reveals a need of reversibility both as regards decisions of
investment and choices of localization. Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info) |
