Cet article souhaite dégager les lignes de force d'une réflexion sur le pouvoir et l'entreprise. Partant d'interrogations sur les liens entre le pouvoir, la décision, l'information et la coordination, il propose un approfondissement conceptuel et méthodologique qui débouche sur un élargissement de l'analyse du pouvoir lié à l'entreprise. In this article we hope to clear the lines of force for a reflection on power and the firm. Starting from questions about the connections between power, decision making, information and coordination, we propose a more rigorous conceptual and methodological study which will lead to an opening up of the analysis of the connections between power and the firm.
