Faire cohabiter Lamartine avec John Venn est en quelque sorte le pari de ce numéro qui inaugure 2018. Cette parution qui ouvre 2018, placé sous le signe de Psyché, le « principe pensant » pour Aristote, confronte les sciences de gestion avec les horizons des manifestations conscientes et inconscientes de la personnalité. Ouvert par le travail sur le contrat psychologique, fondamental en RH, de François Renon et d'Anne Goujon-Belghit, chercheurs à la Chaire de Capital Humain et de Performance Globale de l'Université de Bordeaux, ce numéro présente deux dossiers thématiques : Psyché et la consommation et Psyché et la gouvernance. Rationalité selon J. Venn, notamment et variétés des cultures, ici symbolisés par les alphabets grecs, latins et cyrilliques, et si loin du main stream sclérosant, nous semblent résumer psyché et ses nombreuses déclinaisons en sciences de gestion. This partition which opens 2018, under the sign of Psyche, the « principle of thought » for Aristotle, confronts management sciences with horizons of conscious and unconscious manifestations of the personality. Opened by the work on the psychological contract, fundamental in HR, by François Renon and Anne Goujon-Belghit, researchers at the Chair of Human Capital and Overall Performance at Bordeaux University, this edition presents two subjects:Psyche and consumptionandPsyche and governance.Rationality according to J.
