Partant du principe que le moment doctoral crée les conditions de possibilité d'une critique radicale de l'institution universitaire, le collectif Bourfouka fait une double proposition. D'une part, instaurer un statut officiel de « précaire cognitif », doté d'un salaire de recherche pour les années de master, de doctorat, de post-doctorat qui précèdent l'obtention d'un poste de titulaire. D'autre part, penser une tactique de l'anonymat par la constitution de véritables auteurs-collectifs, des noms d'emprunt dont chacun peut s'emparer, d'où qu'il parle, pour publier un texte scientifique qui sera de toute manière soumis à une validation pour son contenu propre. On the assumption that a radical critique of the academia can emerge from the ranks of the doctoral students, the Bourfouka collective makes two practical proposals. The first calls for the officialization of the legal status for the “cognitive temporary worker”, with a salary provided to students-researchers during the years they spend in MA, PhD and Post-Doc programs, all the way to their first stable employment. The second calls for the emergence of collective authorship, anonymous names (like Bourfouka itself), which can be appropriated by researchers to publish the result of their work, thus undermining the undue, excessive and counter-productive inequality of the current signature-system.
