| Résumé | Fort de son expérience politique en Côte-d'Or à la Libération, Roger Duchet fonde le CNIP en 1948 afin de rassembler les modérés et de combattre plus efficacement l'influence des partis marxistes. Se démarquant du MRP comme du RPF, le CNIP sait adapter sa doctrine à la situation de l'après-guerre et, associé au parti radical, s'imposer à l'ocassion des élections législatives de 1951. En 1952, Antoine Pinay accède à la présidence du Conseil. | |
| Résumé anglais | The Rebirth of the Moderate Right at Liberation. The Birth of the CNIP, Gilles Richard. Thanks to his political experience in the Côte-d'Or at Liberation, Roger Duchet founded the CNIP in 1948 in order to gather the moderates and to fight the Marxistparties' influence more efficiently. Taking its distances from the MRP and the RPF, the CNIP was able to adapt its doctrine to the post-war situation, and asso-ciated with the Radical Party, take over in the 1951 legislative elections. In 1952, Antoine Pinay became President of the Conseil. | |
