Face aux réformes du système de santé marocain, le cas d'un hôpital privé à but non lucratif est exemplaire pour explorer les conditions pour un contrôle de gestion « médiateur » du changement. Mobilisant la théorie de la traduction, la recherche montre une problématisation « pérennité financière » faisant sens et consensus, des indicateurs simples et une délégation de pouvoir à des alliés médicaux, légitimés en mobilisant des référentiels externes. Faced with reforms of the Moroccan health system, the case of a private non-profit hospital is exemplary to explore the conditions for a management control “mediator” of change. Mobilizing the theory of translation, the research shows a problematization “financial sustainability” making sense and consensus, simple indicators and a delegation of power to medical allies, legitimized by mobilizing external references.
