Dans cet article, nous analysons les décisions d'investissement dans des projets de réseaux électriques intelligents et nous montrons qu'une approche, en termes d'options réelles, peut améliorer la prise de décision. Les investissements liés au déploiement de ces technologies sont entravés par des incertitudes technologiques, économiques et sociopolitiques, dont l'impact peut être considérable. L'analyse des réponses stratégiques à ces différentes incertitudes permet de déterminer et de caractériser le choix optimal, tout en tenant compte des conditions actuelles du marché et de l'arrivée de l'information dans le temps. In this article we have chosen an exploratory position to analyze the investment decisions in smart grids projects. We show that a real options approach may offer new insights for the decision problem. Investments in the deployment of smart grid technologies are hampered by technological, economic and socio-political uncertainties. These uncertain-ties can have a significant impact on investment decisions. The analysis of the strategic responses to these various uncertainties makes it possible to determine and characterize the optimal choice while taking into account the current market conditions and the arrival of information over time.
