Résumé anglais Abstract. — In may and September 1976 numerous earthquakes happened in Frioul. In this mountainous and rocky country, their results have been increased by its own geomorphological and geological original features : numerous faults and thrut-planes, non coherent landforms in large masses of dolomitic rocks, high dénivellations and many rugged landforms inherited from glacial and periglacial processes of denudation during the last period of cold climate (Wiirm). So the diversity of the geomorphological effects which are described can be explained. They are numerous, and in a very large scale, periglacial slope processes have been removed, non consolidated forms have fallen down on the slopes and in the valleys, and in a general way, many landforms are now fresch again and a new period of weathering is beginning in some places.
