Abstract. — In this paper is studied the action of some processes in the Ossola, original alpine region. The versants are composed of broken crystalline rocks or superficial deposits. Their slope is very steep. Considering the fragility of these versants, frost, snow and rainwater are conditionning the morphodynamic, which is especially charaterized by catastrophic phenomena.
