démocratisation. Dans cette phase critique, l'introduction du concept de société

At grass roots level: the misfortunes of the civil society in Indonesia.
Since the fall of General Soeharto in May 1998, Indonesia has been undergoing
political transition: the archipelago is rejecting past authoritarianism and is attempting
to move towards democratisation. In this critical phase, the introduction of the concept of civil society is aiming to stimulate the change, in the face of the State and the
market. The examination of this formula and this strategic vision reveals the fragility
